We need...
- Detailed description of bikes and riders
- Where the bikes are kept - Lock ups/garages/addresses
- Names if possible

The use of these bikes illegally is not only a danger to yourselves but a danger to the general public as well. It will not be tolerated. We will find you and we will deal with you accordingly.
